I am a statistican. I want to found up a startup, which offers statistical computing and statistical consulting to customers.

Therefore, I am thinking about a scalable numerical python (Numpy, SciPy, ...) cluster , based on the AMD Ryzen processor.

Questions:
1. Server Hardware recommendations with ECC.
2. Python Cluster environment.
3. Python environment for competive parallel performance.
