Microsoft Teams - Sub-Channel Files Permissions

Hello, I am new here. Can anyone show me a step-by-step guide on how to restrict users inside this private sub-channel to delete files that they have uploaded? I apologize if this is quirky or quite simple for other Phyton community members but this will help me a lot in my future
