Not mandatorily. AFAIK(*) you can run python program that don't show a command prompt window when they run by using
pythonw
instead of python
and setting up the proper shortcut. (*) Linux user, where this problem doesn't exist, since executables have no "windows mode" flag.
Unless noted otherwise, code in my posts should be understood as "coding suggestions", and its use may require more neurones than the two necessary for Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V.
