Excel Library for Python 3

Adding password and decrypting the file are the two features i am looking for to build this app

In the past month,i haven't found anything.by the way,i'm confused about decrypting excel protection,can anyone do that?

I got some positive progress after researching in Google. Currently working on the following library and hope I could finish the task in the future:
