Hi,
I am fairly new to python and loving it. I use Numba to speed up code but would like to invest in a GPU that's better than my 3GB GTX 780.
I would appreciate thoughts on whether an Nvidia 2060 Super would be a better investment than a Radeon 5700XT. I have a feeling that CUDA will make the difference here as I believe it's better supported than Radeon cards with OpenCL. In theory, the 5700XT has more computing power and I would expect it to work with Numba but I am unsure where I might go with python packages.
Is there any reason to consider the 5700XT or is my gut feeling about the 2060 Super being best correct?
