I am a React developer seeking Django developer to help with a project.
I do not need full-time work but enough to keep them busy.
Where can I find a Russian django developer? I have tried freelancer sites but get mostly indians and Chinese bidding on my project
Any advice on this will be appreciated.

I have worked with specialists from Russia several times. I was always pleased. You can search on upwork.com and freelance.ru. Good specialists are usually always busy.
