what is your favorite config file format if you are developing a program that needs to be configured by the sysadmin and/or the user? do you have different preferences between config files that are modified only in the program and those you expect the sysadmin and/or the user to edit as a text file? and. for formats, such as JSON, that just layout another format, do you have a preference for the inner format?
